I am based in Lea County, New Mexico and will travel anywhere in within the county for free. Any travel outside will require a fee.

At the moment, I do not accepted any payment plans on Lifestyle and Studio packages but will take split payments on any events that are 4+ hours long

All sessions have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, if there has been no communication of expected tardiness, your session will be cancelled and any payments minus the retainer paid will be refunded. The previous retainer paid will not be transferred to a reschedule.

My current TAT is 2 weeks however, I do have a rush fee of $100 for a guaranteed delivery within 72 hours.

I book 1 month out for all lifestyle and studio sessions, occassionally I will book 2 months out.

All pictures are expected to be downloaded within 2 months of delivery, after 3 months, galleries will be put offline and archived in storage for 6 months and will no longer be viewable. It is your responsibility to download any and all pictures you want to keep. After 6 months, I will reach out once to give notice that your photos will be permanently deleted and will give the chance to download once more. After reaching out and no response is given within a week, photos will be permanently deleted to make space for other sessions.
